Before you book — please read
Minimum 2-hour booking
All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours regardless of van size or crew option. You can book as many hours as you need beyond that.
Fixed rate or hourly — your choice
We charge by the hour. If you'd like a fixed-rate quote, you must provide a full and accurate inventory of every item to be moved. Any items not listed may incur an additional charge on the day.
Heavy or bulky items
For sofas, wardrobes, pianos, white goods, or any item that cannot be safely carried by one person, please select at least Driver + 1 loader. One person cannot safely carry these alone — unless you are able to assist the driver yourself.
Arrival time windows
When booking, you choose a 2-hour arrival window (e.g. 8am–10am). Your driver can arrive at any point within that window. Please be ready from the start of your chosen slot.
Peak day surcharge
A 15% surcharge applies on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This is shown clearly in your quote before you confirm.
Large van
Ideal for 1–2 bedroom flats and small house moves. Fits the equivalent of a Transit-size load.
