How quickly can I get a van?
In most cases we can have a driver at your door within 1–2 hours of booking, subject to availability.

Is my move insured?
All drivers on our platform carry goods-in-transit insurance. You can also add extra cover at checkout.
Can I ride in the van?
Yes — you can choose to ride along with the driver when you customise your booking.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking. Your deposit is fully refunded.
How do I pay?
A small deposit is taken online at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid in cash to the driver on the day.
