How do I change or cancel my booking?
Log in to your account and go to 'My Bookings'. You can amend or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your move.
My driver is late — what should I do?
Call or message your driver directly via the app. If you can't reach them, contact us on +44 7778 337271 and we'll help immediately.
How do I become a driver?
Visit our 'Become a Driver' page and fill in the application form. We'll be in touch within 48 hours.
Is there a minimum booking fee?
Our minimum booking is £45 for a small van within a 5-mile radius. Prices vary by van size, distance, and time of day.
